Frequently Asked Questions.

In order to get your Facebook bonus you need to have a Facebook app on your device. Open the app, find the post with the bonus link on our official page and tap it. It will automatically upload the bonus to your game. Check out the tutorial.
Please make sure you click on the link in the post, not on "use app" button on the top of the page.

If you are a non-Facebook user, you can follow our Instagram page @happycolor_official and take part in all activities. Just watch our stories and swipe up when we share the link and claim the bonus pics.

We're not responsible for the Facebook Top Fan badge. The most active members are automatically awarded by Facebook according to their own algorithm.

Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to Facebook, press the drop-down icon in the top right, select Settings & Privacy > Settings
  2. In the settings select Language and Region.
  3. In the language and region settings select your language for Posts from friends and Pages and save changes.

Please find "Log in to sync data" under the game's settings and log in either via Facebook, Google or Apple ID. Make sure that you have a stable internet connection and wait for a while as we need this time to upload your progress to our servers. Thereafter retrace these steps on your second device and restart the app on both of them.

It may take some time to sync all your data.


*Please note that you will be able to transfer only your completed pictures. The achievements show up after the sync, but you have to claim and color some bonus pictures again.

Happy Color has no recovery. However it features sync, either via Facebook, Google or Apple ID. In order to play Happy Color you have to choose any color with the number from the palette. After doing that you will see grey/checkered highlighted cells with the chosen number inside. It means you should tap each of those cells to fill them in with the chosen color. Utilised colors will be moved to the back and get a check mark. Once you finish you may watch a short animation of your coloring process.

Just tap the light bulb in the right upper corner of your screen while coloring to locate the next spot.

You can watch ads while coloring; just tap the light bulb that pops up in the left upper corner of the screen.

It is not possible to remove pictures from the app.

At the moment Happy Color requires internet connection to deliver new pictures every day.

Please reboot your device and connect via different wi-fi spot or use data.

This cup helps distinguish pictures obtained by fulfilling achievements from those acquired through Facebook or Instagram.

iOS

In order to save a picture just tap ‘Save’ button that appears below the colored picture upon completion. If the picture doesn't appear in your gallery (photos), please check whether you gave our app access to your gallery.

In order to do that you need to follow the next steps:

  1. Open Settings -> Happy Color -> Photos.
  2. Choose "Add photos only".

Android

In order to save a picture just tap ‘Save’ button that appears below the colored picture upon completion. If the picture doesn't appear in your gallery (album), please check whether you gave our app access to your gallery. 
In order to do that you need to follow the next steps:

  1. Settings -> Applications -> Happy Color.
  2. Choose "Permissions".
  3. Give our app access to your gallery (storage).

In order to share a picture you need to tap ‘Share’ option that appears below the colored picture upon completion.

Our app does not support landscape at the moment.

Happy Color is only available for smartphones and tablets powered by either iOS or Android OS.


In order to get your Unicorn you have to color all the 2018 (February to December) OR 2019 (January to December) dailies. Make sure all of them have green check marks and there is no Continue option when you select an image. If necessary, recolor one picture within this time range to trigger the achievement.

In order to get this achievement you have to color our only pack Randy the Raccoon. Just swipe all the way to the right when in your Library to find it under Packs.

Your task to fulfil this achievement is to collect 10 hints by watching ads while coloring. As a reward you will receive not free hints, but bonus pictures. Check out the Bonus tab to find them.

With the recent update we added new achievement tiers, thus the counting begins anew. So if you fulfilled the previous requirement of, say, 30 pictures and colored 4 more after the update your total will be 34 regardless of how many pictures you finished in general. Upon completing the task you will receive bonus pictures as a reward.

In order to do that just tap the Remove Ads option in the game settings. It's a one time payment.

Please make sure that you use the same Apple ID. If so, just open the game settings and tap the “Restore Purchases". If you use a different/new Apple ID (or an Android device), then you will have to repurchase.


Android

Please check whether you are logged in the same Google account in the Google Play market you paid for no ads with. In that case Google Play will restore your payment automatically. Please note that it always takes some time.

You can also log out from your account, switch off your device and then turn everything on. It might help the system to recognise your payment. If you use a different/new Google Account (or an iOS device), then you will have to repurchase.
